Does no power mean a failed motherboard?
Not necessarily. Power supply, memory and other components can prevent startup. Diagnosis distinguishes the cause; even a faulty motherboard may be repairable.
Will repair erase my files?
We repair PCs while preserving data. Erasure is not an implicit repair step: before reinstalling or working on storage, we agree how to retain your files. Recovery from already-faulty storage needs a separate assessment.
